パッケージマネージャのaptロック外し

パッケージマネージャを2つ起動させて稼働させたら、「Cannot get the exclusive lock on the packaging backend 〜」なるロックがかかってしまった。

とりあえず、試行錯誤して以下のコマンドで何とか解決。

$ sudo dpkg --configure -a
